Email Filtering Controls
An administrator can adjust domain-wide filtering settings. Depending on the levels chosen, SpamWeeder Premium can achieve up to 99.98% of spam blocked with .0001% false positives. Questionable emails can be marked with a subject-line alert. Domain-wide whitelists and blacklists provide additional levels of control.
MX Record Protection
The SpamWeeder Premium records will replace your existing MX records. This configuration ensures that all messages pass through the filtering system. In addition, it will be more difficult for spammers to directly target your company mail server.
Automatic Email Failover
If SpamWeeder Premium cannot connect to your mail server, it will hold incoming emails for up to 4 days and periodically retry delivery. As soon as your mail server becomes available again, the emails will be delivered as usual. This feature keeps you from losing emails due to internet outages, maintenance, hardware failures, or other unexpected problems with your mail system.
Spam Quarantine
By default, SpamWeeder Premium includes a domain-wide quarantine to store suspected spam emails for further review. You can opt to configure individual spam quarantines by adding some or all mailboxes to the SpamWeeder portal. Daily email digests allow users to easily review a list of quarantined messages.
