Independent Sales Associate

Your Role

Act as a technology sales associate to contact leads regarding our internet services (web hosting, email hosting, web & email security, data connections).

1. Enter contacts into the CRM system (procedure provided). We pay referral fees paid based on the number of contacts entered.
2. Utilize the provided sales collateral and websites to market the services. If you are a reseller and would like to offer the services under your own brand, we have some white-label options available.
3. Make basic service recommendations to contacts.
4. Schedule consultations with sales consultants as needed for more in-depth discussion and demos.
5. Make commission on any sales.
6. Pass the customer relationship management to us or make commission on the recurring profit as long as you choose to maintain the client relationship and document all contact in the CRM system.

• Sales and Service Education

  An initial training session would be required, but beyond that you can choose to work independently or engage our team for additional training regarding the services or sales techniques.

We are located in Knoxville, TN but have a wide range of clients across the U.S. and internationally. Right now we are especially looking for individuals connected in the Southeastern U.S., but it is not necessary for you and/or your contact network to be in the area. Compensation is based on referral fees and commission.
